Abstract

يتعلق البحث الذي أجريانه بتطوير المهارات اللازمة لإدارة مشاريع الذكاء الاصطناعي، في سياق أصبحت فيه مسألة دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمليات والمنتجات والخدمات داخل المؤسسات أمرًا حاسمًا، وقد لاحظنا الأهمية المتزايدة لما يُعرف بالمهارات العرضية أو "الناعمة". وكان هدفنا من هذا البحث الوقوف على الأبعاد التعاونية مقابل الأبعاد الفردية في اكتساب هذه المهارات التي تُكتسب تقليديًا في بيئة عمل جماعية، وذلك من وجهة نظر مديري مشاريع الذكاء الاصطناعي. يتناول هذا النص عملية تطوير إطار مرجعي المهارات، تم بناؤه بشكل تشاركي مع خبراء المجال، كما يسلّط الضوء على التحليلات المستخلصة من هذه العملية، سواء على مستوى المهارات المطلوبة أو على مستوى طرق اكتسابها، وذلك في سبيل بناء الهوية المهنية. ويهدف هذا الإطار إلى توجيه استراتيجيات التكوين في مجال إدارة الذكاء الاصطناعي في مؤسسات التعليم والتدريب، حتى تتمكّن من تصميم برامج تكوينية منسجمة مع واقع بيئة العمل، تأخذ في الحسبان الحاجة إلى التعلم التعاوني.
